Yes! Our durable medical equipment program is completely free. We provide items like wheelchairs, patient lifts, rolling shower chairs, and more to help facilitate a smooth transition home.

How can I donate medical equipment or supplies?

What’s inside a Hope Bag?

Hope Bags are filled with comfort items and practical necessities—such as snacks, gift cards, hygiene products, and small gifts—to support families during hospital or rehab stays. You can help by requesting or sponsoring a bag.

Can I volunteer with Game Plan 4 Hope?

Absolutely! Volunteers help assemble and deliver Hope Bags, repair or transport medical equipment, and assist with events, prayer and support groups. Visit our Contact page to learn more and sign up.

Do you offer emotional or spiritual support?

Yes. We offer peer mentoring, support group connections, and access to counseling resources for families dealing with trauma, long-term medical challenges, loss, and ambiguous grief. We also have a team of volunteers dedicated to prayer and spiritual support. We believe in caring for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
